Monade

Participants : Alexandre Abadie, Pierre Hellier, Sylvain Prima, Christian Barillot.

Monade is en efficient filter based on the NL-means approach for 3D images. Considerable speedup compared to the traditional method was achieved thanks to multithreading, blockwise approach and adaptive dictionnaries Monade is registered at APP (Agence pour la Protection des Programmes, IDDN.FR.001.070033.000.S.P.2007.000.21000).
