Comore developed a method to identify a family of operational interactions associated with a given asymptotic dynamical behaviour of a system  . The method analyses the asynchronous transition graph of a Boolean model of the system. This method has been used for model reduction of biological regulatory networks as well as for comparison between continuous and discrete modelling formalisms  .
Comore has developped a new model to predict lipid accumulation in microalgae. This model has been validated with experimental data, and was used as a basis for microalgal biofuel process optimization  .
