Highlights

• 2009 has been the starting year of the ERC Advanced Grant ADDECCO. Two PhDs and one engineer have been hired.

• We have defined a common API to easily call any sparse linear solvers from a parallel or a sequential code. This project is open and we have released the interface specification as well as documentation and code examples at (http://murge.gforge.inria.fr ). This interface has been implemented in HIPS and PaStiX .

• We participated in the aeronautic “Salon du Bourget” in June 2009.
