Qualitative dynamical modelling of biological regulatory networks

The logical analysis of gene regulatory networks provides surprisingly informative results on their qualitative dynamical properties. This approach is developped in several study cases: in  for the analysis of the formation of the anterior-posterior compartment boundary in the Drosophila wing imaginal disc, in  for the segmentation of the fly embryo and the logical analysis of the role of the Segment Polarity cross-regulatory module, and in  for the functional organisation of E. coli transcriptional regulatory network
