PROCOPE: Multimodal functional imaging of the Brain
Duration: 2006-01 to 2007-12
Through this Procope project (Projet d'Actions Intégrées funded by the Egide), we collaborate with the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, Leipzig. Our partners in this group are Alfred Anwander and Thomas Thomas Knösche. Our project is to compare and co-develop methods for MEG/EEG source localization and methods for diffusion MRI tracktography (probabilistic and deterministic) and work on the integration of both modalities. Various visits between the partners during the year and a joint seminar has been hold in November in Leipzig.
BARRANDE: Multimodal functional imaging of the Brain
Duration:2006-01 to 2007-12
In this Barrande project (Projet d'Actions Intégrées funded by the Egide), we collaborate with the Center for Machine Perception of the Czech Technical University, Prague. Our main partner in this group is Jan Kybic. The topic of this joint project is to develop spatio-temporal methods for cortical activity estimation using MEG/EEG.
