Feedback stabilization

We consider finite-dimensional systems written as:

The problem of stabilization consists in finding a command law Im2 ${x\#8614 u(x)}$ depending on the state xsuch that the closed-loop system Im3 ${\mover x\#729 ={f(x,u(x))}}$ is asymptotically stable about an equilibrium point of interest. One can also find a feedback law which depends only on the output y.
