Rhône-Alpes Project: Dereve II
Participant : Marie-Paule Cani.
This is a regional project in the domain of Computer Graphics started in July 2003 for one year, where EVASION has been involved on two points. First, on the morphing of textured models: collaboration between Marie-Paule Cani and Eric Galin (LIRIS). Second, on the modelling and rendering of the Alpine landscapes: collaboration between Alexandre Meyer, Eric Tosan (LIRIS) and Xavier Marsault (Ecole d'Architecture de Lyon).
IMAG Project: MIDAS
We drive the MIDAS (Modèles Interactifs Déformables pour l'Aide à la Surgétique) project, which also involves laboratories TIMC and ICP, form 2005 to 2007. The goal of this project is to provide the biomechanics community with physically-based deformable models fast enough for use in per-operative planning, or in the context of trial-and-error parameter tuning where a large number of simulation are performed.
